🐰 Silicone Product Tips: Our silicone products become softer and more satisfying to squeeze with continued use. Silicone squishy toys are prone to collecting dust; we recommend playing with them inside a dust bag.

1. Daily Cleaning 🧼

Gently wipe with a soft facial tissue dampened with a small amount of soapy solution. Allow to air dry naturally, then apply hand cream or Vaseline as a conditioning oil.

⚠️ Do NOT wash directly with water or use hot air to dry!

2. Storage Methods 🏠

  • Avoid direct sunlight ☀️
  • Use a sealed bag to isolate dust after use
  • Avoid high-temperature environments (>40°C)
  • Avoid prolonged contact with colored items (to prevent staining)
  • Keep away from pets (may chew and break) 🐱

3. Common Issues ❓

3.1 Surface feels sticky?
→ Clean and apply cornstarch/baby powder, then place in a ventilated area

3.2 Color darkens or yellows?
→ Silicone material may slightly yellow under UV exposure — this is normal aging; avoiding sun exposure can slow the process

3.3 Accidentally torn or leaking?
→ Stop use immediately; small tears can be repaired with silicone glue; large tears are best replaced

3.4 Texture becomes hard?
→ Clean with warm water and a small amount of soapy solution, air dry, apply a small amount of baby oil/Vaseline, then wrap in plastic wrap for 4-5 hours

3.5 Has an odor?
→ New products: ventilate for 1-2 days; if odor develops after use, clean with a small amount of water and baking soda

4. Product Lifespan 📅

  • 4.1 Under normal use, silicone squishy products last approximately 6-12 months
  • 4.2 Usage frequency and intensity directly affect lifespan
  • 4.3 When significant aging occurs (large-area hardening, cracking, or leaking), replacement is recommended

5. Warranty 🔧

  • 5.1 Non-human-caused damage (tearing, leaking, or severe deformation within 7 days): Free replacement
  • 5.2 Human-caused damage or normal wear: Not covered by warranty
